Goa Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s Food Processing Committee in association with the Food and Agri Strategic Advisory and Research (FASAR), a group of YES Bank, is conducting a 2 hour Session on Thursday 29th November, to orient the food processing companies to avail the benefit of the above schemes of Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI), New Delhi and in particular to assist these companies in advisory and banking services with respect to filing their applications to MoFPI.

There are two schemes which are of interest to the food processing companies in Goa:

A. Creation/Expansion of Food Processing and Preservation Capacities of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sampada Yojana (deadline is 15th December 2018 unless extended by MoFPI)

B. Integrated Cold Chain and Value Addition Infrastructure (new expression of Interest for inviting applications to be opened tentatively in mid Dec 2018)

The team members have considerable prior work experience in the food & agri sector with MNC’s and Indian Corporate Houses.

All those who are engaged in agricultural production, marine fishing, shrimp farming and processing and other Food Processing are invited to attend and learn more about the schemes and see how they can benefit.
